A Halo Lit Sign is a metal sign cut to the shape of a logo, with LEDs installed on the back, allowing light to shine onto the wall, creating a soft halo effect around the edges of the piece. Unlike direct front-lit light boxes, the result is a calm, floating, dimensional feel that front-lit signs cannot achieve.
The main material is 2mm Alu-Zinc — precisely cut, lightweight, and accepts all shades of 2K spray paint. For a more premium finish, SS304 stainless steel can be chosen according to budget.
Daytime — The metal logo looks neat and stately on its own.
Nighttime — Turn on the light, and the halo glow around the edges creates another level of dimension.

Standoff / Wall Mounted
The correct distance from the wall (standoff mount) is key to a consistent halo effect.
The key is not which material, but the three interconnected elements: sheet thickness, standoff distance from the wall, and LED type — too close, light is blocked; too far, frame and LED dots are visible.
After cutting the metal sheet, a frame is built on the back to hold the LEDs and create the standoff distance from the wall. The hidden LED strip shines light into the gap, creating an evenly diffused halo glow around the edges of the piece without directly revealing the light source.

Compared to individual metal letter signs, cutout logo signs have clear advantages for complex shapes or when a halo effect is desired around the entire piece.
Wall color affects Halo Effect: Lighter walls reflect light better. Darker walls will make the halo less distinct. Please inform the team of the wall color and surface characteristics to help design the appropriate standoff distance and choose the right light tone.
