Each product page on our website includes a request form, so customers can easily ask for a quotation online. Our team will review the details and get back to you with a formal quote, including any additional information or pricing adjustments if needed.
Project Quotation Request
For project-based orders, please email your project details to info@octopus.co.th , so our team can review the requirements and provide a tailored quotation.

Invoice & Cheque Payment

Quality Inspection
Our QC team will inspect each item using a checklist before delivery to ensure the product is always in perfect condition.
Installation
Our team provides on-site installation for both standard and high-level areas, including Facade, Pylon Sign, and Billboard projects. Installation details are confirmed in advance, and customers may inspect the work and request adjustments after completion.
Delivery
We offer multiple delivery options and select the most suitable and cost-effective method based on product size to ensure safe and timely delivery, including in-house transport, Deliveree / Grab, JT Express, Nim Express, and DHL.
Fabrication & Assembly
Production uses CNC, Fiber Laser, and CO₂ Laser cutting based on the material, followed by forming and welding, industrial or 2K painting, LED installation where required, and final quality inspection and cleaning before delivery.
Printing Process
We use a range of printing systems to achieve the best results for color accuracy, intended use, and overall print quality for each project.
Production Lead Time
Production typically takes 3–4 business days after artwork is confirmed with our graphic team (excluding weekends and public holidays). For deliveries via Thailand Post / Flash Express, the production lead time does not include courier transit time.

Production Lead Time

- Deliveree / Grab: Standard-size items with urgent delivery within Bangkok (1–2 hours)
- JT Express: Standard parcels nationwide (1–2 days)
- Nim Express: Large parcels to upcountry provinces (1–2 days)
- DHL: Standard parcels for international delivery (3–7 days)
