What Is a Fabric Stand?
We produce Fabric Stand displays in all sizes, including both LED backlit and non-lit versions. They use an aluminium SEG frame system with a floor-standing base, making them lightweight and easy to assemble or dismantle within minutes. They are ideal for events, storefronts, retail stores, hotels, and promotional campaigns that need to change visuals frequently without replacing the entire frame.

Fabric Stand differs from standard X-Stands or Roll-ups because it provides a clean edge with no exposed metal frame, and the fabric is printed using Dye Sublimation, giving richer and deeper colour than vinyl. With internal LED lighting, it becomes even more eye-catching in low-light spaces such as Expo halls or hotel lobbies.
Fabric Stand can be divided into 2 main groups based on frame system and usage. Each has distinct advantages, and choosing the right one for the context of your project will give the best overall result.

Backlit Fabric Stand with LED — LED strips are pre-installed inside the frame. Simply plug into 220V and use immediately. Light shines through the fabric, creating vivid colours that stand out even in low-light areas, ideal for Expo, Lobby, and shopping mall displays.
- Standard sizes: 80×200, 100×200, 100×240, 120×250 cm, and custom sizes
- Frame weight: 5–12 kg (depending on size)
- Non-lit Fabric Stand — Extra lightweight frame, suitable for well-lit areas such as outdoor storefronts, meeting rooms, and press conferences. Costs around 30–40% less than the lit version.
- Box Shape / Cube — Square frame with depth, allowing fabric graphics on all 4 sides. Ideal for centre displays where customers can view from every direction.

Why Fabric Stand Is More Cost-Effective Than a Standard Roll-up
Traditional roll-ups use vinyl prints, which are difficult to replace and usually require buying a complete new set when the visual changes. By comparison, Fabric Stand only requires the initial frame investment, then you can print new fabric graphics for each campaign. The cost of a replacement fabric is around 50–70% lower than buying a brand-new roll-up. In addition, Dye Sublimation fabric gives visibly better image quality than vinyl, especially for blue, green, and photographic gradients.
Comparison: Roll-up costs around 540–800 THB and is typically single-use | Fabric Stand frame costs around 3,500–6,000 THB + replacement fabric 800–2,000 THB each time, becoming worthwhile from the second campaign onward
Care and Fabric Replacement
Dye Sublimation fabric can be hand-washed or machine-washed in cold water. Do not use hot wash or tumble dry. Before the next installation, lightly iron the fabric to remove fold marks. Replacing the fabric is simple: pull the silicone edge out of the frame groove, insert the new fabric, and press the edge back into the same groove. It takes about 5–10 minutes per piece and requires no special tools.
