There is no minimum order; even 1 piece can be produced. However, ordering a set of 2–4 pieces is more cost-effective as it requires only one laser setup. This is ideal for news teams with multiple microphones.
The handle can be designed to fit Shure SM58, SM7B, AKG, Sennheiser, and other popular models. Simply inform us of your microphone model to ensure a snug fit for the opening.
UV Print can print all colors, including gradients and fine details, suitable for complex brand logos. For projects prioritizing cost-effectiveness and logos with no more than 2-3 colors, we recommend die-cut vinyl lamination.
2-layer embossed involves laser cutting colored acrylic in the shape of the logo and attaching it as an elevated layer on a base plate, providing 3D dimension, shadow, and tactile feel. This is suitable for premium projects. UV Print is printing directly onto the flat acrylic surface. Choose according to your desired brand image.
If die-cut vinyl lamination is chosen, the old sticker can be peeled off and a new one applied. UV Print and 2-layer embossed techniques involve permanent printing on the acrylic. If you wish to change the logo for these, a new plate will need to be ordered.
It can be used temporarily outdoors without issue (outdoor events, press conferences). However, continuous outdoor storage is not recommended. It should be stored in a box and used only during interviews to extend the life of the printed surface.
