C-Channel Panel is a sign panel system that uses C-shaped aluminum corrugated channels to form a large background panel â with a smooth surface, lightweight, resistant to sun and rain, and rust-proof. It is used to mount laser-cut acrylic letters or stickers to create large company names. The main advantage is that it is half the price of ACP Composite signs while offering similar outdoor performance.
C-Channel is the best solution for "large scale, limited budget" projects â such as a 6-meter long factory sign, office building signs, or fence signs â where ACP Composite would be too expensive, but C-Channel can be done within a reasonable budget.

ACP is more suitable for premium building facades where aesthetics are prioritized.
Small sizes (under 30 cm) can be installed with industrial silicone adhesive provided with a manual. For larger sizes, we recommend professional installation because letter spacing needs to be precise, and standoff mounts require accurate drilling.
The C-Channel aluminum frame is rust-proof and lasts 10+ years outdoors. 2K painted surfaces last 5-7 years before slight fading and can be repainted. Acrylic letters last 5-7 years, stainless steel 10+ years, and MACtac stickers 5-7 years outdoors.
