Our 3D wooden signs are crafted using a blend of CNC Router technology and hand-painting expertise. The base material is either solid wood or Plaswood (PVC Foam), depending on the design and intended use — our craftsmen will select the most suitable material for each project. Raised letters and graphics are cut from acrylic or PVC before being attached to the base, creating a dimensional and deep overall look that is clearly visible from a distance.
The hand-painting process allows for the creation of intricate grain textures, wood patterns, shadows, and highlights that digital printing cannot achieve. Craftsmen hand-paint the base, detailing wood textures, creating shadows, highlights, and gradients, before applying waterproof and UV-resistant varnish for durability. Hand-painting makes every piece unique.
Assembly + Standoffs + Delivery
Raised letters are attached to the base, decorative standoffs are added if specified, and a quality check is performed before packing for delivery or pickup at the store, along with wall mounting hardware.
Yes, but material preparation and finishing must be done correctly. For outdoor use, craftsmen recommend using Plaswood instead of solid wood to reduce the risk of swelling or cracking from moisture. All sides, including edges, will be thickly coated with waterproof and UV-resistant varnish to prevent water seepage. Lifespan depends on maintenance — if varnish is reapplied every 2–3 years, the sign will last longer.
AI / EPS / PDF Vector files are best as they allow for sharp and accurate CNC cutting. If you only have high-resolution JPG/PNG files, our design team can perform a vector trace (design service fees apply). If you don't have a logo yet, our design team can help you design one from scratch by taking your brief via LINE.
3D wooden signs that require hand-painting typically take 7–14 business days for production, depending on the size and complexity of the artwork. For example, signs with detailed animal illustrations or intricate graphics will take longer than simple text signs. If there is an urgent need, please inform our technical team to confirm the timeline before confirming the order.
The price depends on 4 main factors: (1) sign size and shape, (2) type of material (solid wood or Plaswood), (3) number of raised letter layers and artwork complexity, and (4) additional illustrations or hand-painting. A medium-sized sign (50×35 cm) with simple text starts from approximately 2,500–4,000 Baht. Please send your artwork + size for an accurate quotation.
You can order from 1 piece onwards; there is no minimum order. Since every piece is custom-made, the price per piece will be the same whether you order 1 or 10 pieces, as the main cost lies in CNC setup and hand-painting labor, not raw materials.
