Order cancellation and refund

Octopus Media Solutions Co., Ltd. would like to inform you that there is no refund policy for completed work under any circumstances.

Suppose the Customer has already ordered and deposited any amount but is willing to cancel, though the job preparation process, the procurement of materials, and the production process have not yet started; the Customer can only cancel the order but cannot refund. In this case, the Company shall compensate by providing the Customer with a voucher for the amount deducted from the expenses.

In case of order cancellation after the Company has started the work process, has procured the materials, or the production has already been carried out, this is considered to have an operating fee of 60 % of the value of the work ordered. The Company will deduct the operating fee, and the Company compensates by giving a gift voucher for the amount that has been deducted to the Customer.

Suppose in the case that the order is canceled after the Company's work has been completely delivered, the Customer cannot request any refund, where the Company is considered to have completed the work according to the value of the work upon the quote. If there is an outstanding balance, the Customer must pay the due balance to the Company to complete it according to the agreed value.

Octopus Media Solutions Co., Ltd. will use a copy of the working files received from the Customer only to produce work as assigned. The Company will keep the Customer's artwork file at its best discretion. No information or related files will be forwarded or distributed to third parties before granted permission from the Customer. The Customer can be confident that there will be no leakage of working files in any way. However, suppose the leakage of files and related information occurs due to the error of the Customer acts or information theft. In that case, the Company will not be held liable for damages arising from events beyond the Company's control in any case.

Payment

When the Customer confirms the order, the Customer should be required to pay for the work immediately to complete the confirmation process through payment methods that have been informed, including cash, payment via credit card, and bank transfer (must be notified and confirmed evidence of transfer to the Company) by total amount or deposition upon agreement. If the order is confirmed, but the Customer does not acknowledge the payment to the Company, it is considered invalid, and the production will not start.

Production

Customers need to provide accurate and precise job description information, including sending a complete working file to the Company to start the production process. The Company can only begin production after the Customer acknowledges the Company's payment and sends the working files.

Delivery

The Customer needs to specify the correct name and address of the recipient. The Company delivers the goods by post or by the delivery service of a third-party company. If the name or address of the recipient is incorrect, the product may not reach the recipient. The Company will deliver the goods during the working hours of the post office or third-party company only. The time for the recipient to receive the goods depends on the postal operations and the third-party company that delivers the goods, which is beyond the responsibility of the Company.

Conditions for requesting a refund

1. The Customer must inspect the product at the time of delivery immediately.
