Fine linear-brushed stainless steel creates a dimensional matte appearance with a refined finish, reduced glare and fewer visible fingerprints. It is a popular choice for company signs, project signage, factory signs and general stainless-steel lettering.
Silver hairline stainless-steel signage is made from SUS 304 or 316 stainless steel finished by mechanical brushing to create fine, continuous linear grain across the sheet. The result is a dimensional matte surface that is less reflective than mirror finish and more refined than unfinished steel. It is the most popular finish for corporate signage because it provides a clean, modern and professional appearance without distracting reflections. It performs well in a wide range of lighting conditions and installation locations.
Hairline is the default choice for professional stainless-steel signage. When unsure which finish to select for a corporate project, hairline is the safest starting point and provides a consistently refined appearance from every viewing angle.
Hairline finish conceals contact marks far more effectively than mirror finish, reducing the frequency of cleaning in public areas.
It avoids harsh flash reflections, making it ideal for signs frequently photographed by customers and staff for social media.
Fibre-laser cutting accurately reproduces Thai and English lettering and complex logos with sharp, clean edges and no burn marks.
Raised returns can accommodate internal lighting for face-lit, halo-lit or perimeter-halo configurations.
For stainless-steel signs with LED illumination, colour temperature is as important as the metal finish because it affects brand mood and long-distance readability. The three most common options are warm white 3000K, cool white 4000K and daylight 6500K. Projects requiring exceptionally bright, blue-white illumination may use cold white 8000–10000K, which produces a cooler and more striking tone than standard 6500K.
Warm White 3000K
Warm yellow tone, suitable for hospitality, cafés and boutiques seeking a relaxed atmosphere.
Cool White 4000K
Neutral soft white that is neither too warm nor too cool. A reliable default for corporate offices and general retail, with excellent readability.

Genuine hairline finish is mechanically brushed at the factory to create continuous linear grain. Imitation hairline is a printed sticker that can peel and lacks the depth and metallic character of real brushed steel. We use factory-brushed stainless steel for every piece.
SUS 304 is sufficient for general indoor and outdoor use in urban areas. SUS 316 contains molybdenum for improved resistance to saltwater corrosion, making it suitable for coastal resorts, areas near saltwater pools and chemical plants. SUS 316 typically costs around 20–30% more.
Fibre laser cuts completely through the sheet for custom shapes and open sections. Acid etching removes 0.3–0.8 mm from the surface to create recessed detail for colour filling. Use laser cutting for individual letters and etching for logo plaques requiring visible depth.
A standard stainless-steel sheet measures 120 × 240 cm and can be used without joints. Larger signs can be fabricated as modular panels with a supporting steel frame, allowing overall dimensions of several metres.
SMD 2835 LEDs are highly energy-efficient. A 30 cm letter with a 3-inch return typically uses around 4–8 W. Five letters would consume approximately 20–40 W for the entire sign, which is less than one fluorescent tube. Operating for 12 hours per day generally results in only a modest monthly electricity cost.
