PVD Gold/Rose Gold/Black adds approximately 40-60% to the price of a regular Hairline sign because it requires specialized factory coating and special color MOQ. However, PVD coating is integrated with the stainless steel, it won't peel or fade, and its lifespan is the same as the steel itself, making it worthwhile for long-lasting executive signs.
No, because the etched design is deeply embedded in the steel — it cannot be erased or modified. A new sign would need to be produced. If positions or names change frequently, we recommend an interchangeable plate system — the base is permanent, and only the name plate is replaced, or use UV-printed acrylic signs that can be swapped.
There's a small difference because the etching setup process, including creating the photoresist film, is similar for each batch. Ordering 10 pieces of the same size will save approximately 20-30% per piece compared to ordering 1 piece. However, if they are executive name plates with different names on each, the price will be closer to ordering individual pieces.
