Laser cutting is not simply "cutting along a line" — it is the process of translating a customer's vector file into three-dimensional letters or a logo where every edge is as sharp as the original artwork. Fine curves, details as small as 1 mm, and corners with a precision that CNC Router or Plasma cannot achieve.
We use a high-power Fiber Laser at ±0.1 mm accuracy with a pinpoint heat focus, cutting metal with zero heat distortion in the surrounding area. Parts come off the machine ready for hairline brushing, PVD, or 2K paint — no post-process grinding of burn marks required.
