Fire Escape Plan Signs — For installation in elevator lobbies, hallways, and in front of rooms, as required by high-rise building regulations.
Floor-specific fire escape plans, high-resolution UV printed, with international ISO 7010 symbols, indicating "You are here," escape routes, stairs, fire hoses, and emergency equipment. Produced as a set for each floor, ensuring consistent communication throughout the building — according to Ministry of Interior Regulation No. 33, Amendment 55.
Fire Escape Plan Signs are mandated by Thai law for installation in high-rise and extra-large buildings — in accordance with Ministerial Regulations No. 33 (1992) and No. 55 (2000) issued under the Building Control Act B.E. 2522 — High-rise buildings (over 23 meters), extra-large buildings (over 10,000 sq.m.), and condominiums must display fire escape plans on every floor in a clearly visible location.
Information required on fire escape plans includes: (1) Clear "You are here" point, (2) Escape routes showing at least 2 closest paths, (3) Location of fire escapes, (4) Firefighting equipment including fire extinguishers, fire cabinets, and fire hoses, (5) Assembly point outside the building.
A good fire escape plan must pass the "5-second Test" — In an emergency where people are panicking and smoke is present, people must understand the escape route within the first 5 seconds. Use international symbols, high-contrast green (for exits), thick and clear route lines, and prominent directional arrows — avoid long texts or unnecessary details.

According to Ministerial Regulations No. 33/55, high-rise buildings (over 23 meters or 8 floors), extra-large buildings (over 10,000 sq.m.), and condominiums (over 2,000 sq.m.) must install them on every floor in clearly visible locations such as elevator lobbies, stairwells, and in front of rooms, and they must be updated when the building is renovated.
PL sheets absorb light from building lights during normal operation. When the power goes out, they can glow in the dark for 8-12 hours, with brightness decreasing over time (brightest in the first hour). Ideal for fire escape stairwells and hallways where emergency lighting might not be available. Service life is 10+ years. Price is approximately 30-40% higher than UV acrylic.
If you have CAD (.dwg or .dxf), it's most convenient. If not, you can send a PDF Floor Plan from an architect or even a hand-drawn sketch. Our team will redraw it into new vector graphics according to ISO 7010 standards + fire fighting equipment symbols. Design takes 3-5 days, and a mockup will be sent for approval before production.
Recommended locations: (1) Elevator lobbies on every floor, 150 cm from the floor (at adult eye level) (2) Stairwells on every floor — installed near the stairwell door (3) In front of rooms or main meeting rooms — a plan specific to that area (4) Ground floor lobby — main plan showing exits to the assembly point. Use standoff mounts or VHB depending on the wall material.
When there are changes to the building's Floor Plan (e.g., new room renovations, added/removed doors, relocated firefighting equipment), the plans on all floors must be updated within 30 days, as specified by the building's safety department. It is recommended to check annually during the annual fire drill and revise if necessary — we store vector files for you. When an update is needed, simply send us the changed information.
