Measure bus and cut template

Team visits customer's depot to measure the bus, recording sizes of doors, windows, air vents, and lights to cut a template before printing. Each bus brand and model varies in size, so actual measurements are required; pre-made templates cannot be used.

02 / MOCKUP

Design + mockup

Create a mockup of the design on actual bus images, showing both sides and the rear. Check logo size, text placement, CI, and clarity when viewed from a distance. Revise until satisfied.

03 / PRINT

HP Latex printing + Laminate

Print with HP Latex 8 colors on Monomeric/Polymeric film as chosen, then apply UV Laminate to all pieces before delivery to the site. For large buses, film panels are joined with seamless edges.

04 / INSTALL

Installation 2-5 days

A team of 3-4 people installs at the depot or factory. Mini-buses take 2 days, large buses 3-5 days. The team removes all air bubbles and ensures smooth panel joints.

05 / DELIVER

Inspection and delivery

Inspect all points, manage seams, check joints with door/window edges. Take photos for records. Deliver with installation certificate and maintenance manual.

Fleet of multiple buses is more cost-effective — For cases involving multiple buses of the same brand and model, design and template costs can be reused, reducing the per-bus cost by 15-25%. Ideal for tour companies or hotels with multiple shuttle buses.

Installation at the depot is possible, no need to move vehicles — Our team installs at the customer's vehicle depot to minimize operational impact. We can work on 1-2 vehicles at a time.

The area below the windows is most important — The position below the bus window line is where commuters' eyes focus. It's ideal for logos and main text. The roof or undercarriage does not need to be wrapped.

A large 45-50 seater bus takes approximately 3-5 days to install. A minibus takes 2-3 days. Our team of 3-4 people works simultaneously. For a fleet of multiple vehicles, we can assign additional teams to reduce the total time.

Most wraps only cover the body and do not touch the windows to avoid affecting passenger visibility. If continuous graphics covering the windows are desired, One-Way Vision Film (perforated) can be used, which allows visibility from the inside but displays full graphics from the outside. Additional costs apply based on the area.

School buses/children's shuttle buses have specific requirements regarding color and visibility. The Department of Land Transport must be notified, and some provinces have specific regulations (e.g., must be yellow or have reflective strips). Our team helps design in compliance with regulations while maintaining the school's CI.

For short campaigns, Monomeric is the most cost-effective solution — saving 30-40% compared to Polymeric. After 3-6 months, it can be removed and replaced with a new campaign, suitable for events or seasonal promotions that change designs frequently.

If there are existing stickers, they must be removed first. An additional fee is charged based on the area and difficulty of removal (older films installed for 5+ years are harder to remove). The cost typically ranges from 1,500-5,000 Baht per vehicle depending on its size.
