The result for customers is one set of drawings and one manufacturer. Mounting distances, letter spacing and the colour of every piece are decided together from the first file, with no need to coordinate several shops or hope that pieces from different suppliers fit together.

Inkjet / UV Printing

Printed pieces come off the machine with layer lines and support marks. Most storefront display work uses level 3 or higher, while prototypes for checking dimensions only need level 1.

LED Lighting Wiring

Front-lit letters use a translucent face that diffuses light; back-lit letters keep a spacer from the wall to create a halo. Cable channels, module positions and driver locations are designed into the model from the start.

PLA PRO filament colour samples — solid, metallic and translucent — for 3D printing

Face the showing side the right way — the top surface of a print is the smoothest, and surfaces with supports show marks. Our team orients the print so the side customers see comes out best.

Font stroke and wall thickness — general walls should not be below 1.2 mm. Very thin font strokes are thickened slightly, or we recommend raised letters on a base plate instead of free-standing letters.

Fit allowance when assembling with other materials — pieces that slip onto acrylic, tubes or metal frames get a 0.2–0.4 mm clearance. Screw points that are tightened repeatedly use heat-set brass inserts.

Large pieces need split lines — split along lines that are easy to fill or hidden in the details of the work, with locating pins so the parts assemble in position.

Resolution and infill — 0.2 mm layers are standard; 0.12 mm for curved surfaces customers view up close, such as reception logos. Display work uses 10–20% infill, while load-bearing brackets use 30–60%.
