LED channel letter signs are 3D letters/logos with depth, made from shaped zinc sheets with LED lights illuminating from the front or back — each letter is independent, giving a more premium look. Light box signs are flat boxes with full graphics, easier to change graphics, and more cost-effective per square meter.
The best materials for resisting the hot Thai sun are aluminum composite (PVDF coating lasts 10–15 years) and UV-stabilized Cast Acrylic, with material lifespans of 10+ years. However, the actual lifespan of the "sign" depends on the printing system and coating, not just the material sheet — UV Print + Laminate provides color longevity of ~5 years or more.

We recommend preparing AI / PDF / EPS files for convenience and cost savings. If you only have a JPG image, you can send it for an initial estimate.

It depends on the background: Face-lit (front-lit) is suitable for light-colored, white, or clear glass backgrounds — it's more affordable and clearly visible during the day. Halo-lit (back-lit) is suitable for dark-colored backgrounds, black glass, or brick walls — it gives a luxurious effect around the letters, more suitable for high-end brands, and is about 20–30% more expensive.
