PVC sticker cutting & die-cut works

Die-cut sticker work can be produced in virtually any shape using a digital cutting system controlled by computer software. The blade follows the artwork path precisely on the sticker film, which is ideal for letters, logos, and graphics that require sharp edges. In addition, stickers can be printed with multiple Inkjet systems that deliver different finishes and performance characteristics—such as Epson / Roland eCo-Solvent, HP Latex, or UV printing systems like Mimaki, Canon, and Ricoh. While some print systems can substitute for each other, the best results come from matching both the sticker film and printing technology to the job’s surface, environment, and target lifespan.

Inkjet sticker printing quality levels depend on the film grade, adhesive type, and targeted lifespan. For example, PVC sticker series from 3M, Avery, and MACtac often range from short-term, budget-focused options (around up to 1 year), to mid-range grades (around 2–3 years), and premium series designed for longer durability (commonly 3–5+ years). In Thailand’s climate, higher-grade films typically provide stronger resistance and better long-term appearance—while the cost increases accordingly.

Surface type affects sticker selection

Smooth glossy surfaces like glass usually do not require extremely aggressive adhesive. This is where Removable adhesive can be a smart choice—making removal easier with minimal glue residue, and cleaning the surface becomes simpler. However, for rough or porous surfaces such as plastered concrete, you typically need Permanent adhesive with stronger bonding performance. In certain cases, Hi-Tack adhesive may be required when the surface condition demands higher grip.

Flexibility: Polymeric PVC & Cast PVC Film

If the surface has texture, grooves, or curved edges, choosing a high-flexibility film is essential. It helps the sticker conform neatly to curves and uneven surfaces, reducing air bubbles, edge lifting, and post-install shrinkage. Films commonly used for this type of application include Polymeric PVC and Cast PVC Film. These are higher-grade films designed to adapt better to complex forms—often used for car wrap applications as well as wall decoration on shaped structures. Although the cost is higher than standard films, the result is usually cleaner, more durable, and more stable over time.

Window sticker / glass sticker applications

Window stickers are widely used to decorate offices, stores, and commercial spaces to improve brand presence and create a professional look. They are ideal for die-cut logos, store names, and company names, as well as decorative patterns for glass and partitions. Depending on the desired style and use-case, you can choose between solid colour die-cut films and printed-and-die-cut stickers.

Wall sticker printing & large-format installation

Large-format sticker printing can be used for storefronts, commercial buildings, and offices—both small and large. Typical roll width supports around 122–152 cm, with roll lengths around 45–50 metres. This helps reduce seams, resulting in a cleaner, more professional finish during installation. Frosted Film: privacy film for glass

Frosted Film (privacy film) is commonly used for both indoor glass and exhibition booth applications. It is suitable for homes, offices, commercial spaces, and glass partitions. Typical options include matte frosted, smooth frosted, and pearl frosted. It can be applied as panels/sections, die-cut patterns, or printed designs prior to installation—including company logos, organisation names, lettering, and custom graphics. Frosted film helps improve privacy, reduce glare, divide zones, and create a cleaner architectural look aligned with the space’s brand identity.

Frosted film is often chosen as a practical alternative to traditional sandblasting or etched glass because it is easier to install, offers more control over patterns, and can be replaced in the future.
